Do you allow international shipping?
Unfortunately, we only ship to areas within the Philippines.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive automatic updates on your registered email and will be notified as your order progresses.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
After your order has been processed, our normal delivery lead time for areas within the National Capital Region (NCR) is 2-3 working days. During peak season and for areas outside NCR, we require a 5 to 7-day lead time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our return policy.
What if my item is defective?
Please contact us at customerservice@leejeans.com.ph. You may be asked to provide your order number found in your order confirmation email.
