Return Policy

We accommodate return and exchange for items bought through our webstore, if the following conditions are met:

1. It must be within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
2. It is accompanied by Original Receipt.
3. Item is unused, with its packaging in the original condition.

Under The Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) Return and Exchange will not be allowed under the following circumstances:

1. Sudden change of mind;
2. Defect/s caused by misuse or mishandling of customer
3. Awareness of item/s bought during sale period or promotion with marked down prices

The Purchase Price of the returned item reflected on the Original Receipt will be the base price for the item/s to be exchanged for. No change will be given for lower priced items. Customer will pay for the price difference for higher priced items.
